Kicking Workouts & Leg Speed Training

In addition to National Kicking Camps and Private Kicking Lessons, Coach Brent offers gym/pool personal kicking training sessions to help improve your leg-speed, strength, and balance. These sessions are conducted at the gym Brent belongs to in San Diego. Each kicking workout session is about 1 hour long and Coach Brent will demonstrate each exercise and motivate you to train with intelligence, intensity and effectiveness. Coach Brent will show you how to build muscle, strengthen your core, increase leg speed, and improve your balance. 

Our private kicking training fees are one of the most affordable around at $70 per session. Receive a discount if you signup for a training package of 5 ($300) or 10 sessions ($575). To signup for kicking training sessions, simply complete the Lessons Registration and then call or e-mail us to schedule training times. You can use your private lessons/training sessions however you want; i.e. for on-field kicking lessons, punting lessons, in-gym weight-training, and pool exercises.
