Jason Sanders is in his second season with the Miami Dolphins, the team who drafted him in the 7th round of the 2018 NFL Draft. This season has proven to be a rebuilding year for the Dolphins as they’ve traded away several key players on their roster and even publically announced they’re making moves for the future of their franchise in acquiring high round draft picks in next year’s NFL Draft.

The Miami Dolphins special teams unit has been the shining star of the franchise this 2019 NFL season. Sanders’ kicking leg has accounted for the majority of points this year and he has accumulated multiple 50+ yard field goal attempts throughout his very young 2 years NFL career thus far.

Read the official announcement on the Miami Dolphins website of Jason Sanders Named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week. With Jason’s huge kicking leg I don’t doubt that he’s in line to receive a chance to break the NFL longest field goal record of 64 yards” said Kicking World owner, Brent Grablachoff. In this kicking video recorded at our camp in Florida last year, Jason Sanders kicks a 70 yard field goal.

The 23-year-old kicker has a bright future ahead of himself, and it’s exciting to see what will happen with the Dolphins organization hopefully once again becoming a Super Bowl contending franchise. One thing’s for certain, Jason Sanders’ big leg will be called upon, and he is ready to deliver when needed.
