Nick is a bright young man with a lot of drive. He battled a season ending knee injury his junior year and came back stronger than ever with his ‘bionic leg’ the summer going into his senior year. He has one heck of a leg and can do all 3 equally well – field goals, kickoffs and punts. He was the #1 Overall Punter (of 50 campers) on Day 1 charting of the December 2015 invite-only Showcase. He is calm under pressure on field goals, and absolutely hammers his punts downfield with great distance AND hang-time. His kickoffs have D1 level hang-time, consistently with 3.8+ seconds HT and I’ve seen him hit a few 4.1+. Overall he is a solid recruit who can kick and punt and is definitely a D1 level prospect with a good head on his shoulders.
