Reese is a big boy with a big leg! He’s improved immensely since attending his first KW camp last spring as a freshman. Now as a sophomore he’s gotten more athletic and smoothed out his form. He hits a beautiful field goal with a nice end over end ball rotation that quickly gets up. He crushes kickoffs too. If Reese continues on the trajectory he’s shown from his frosh to soph year, I expect him to really rise up as one of the top kicker recruits out of the New England area.
2020 National Showcase Update (12/6/20)
Reese had a pretty solid Day 2 Kickoff Elimination performance finishing 5th overall in his class with a total event size of nearly 90 participants. He hit some really good-looking field goals again and I really like the ball rotation/trajectory he achieves. I’d like to see him increase his kickoff hang times. I hope he works out really hard this off-season and continues to build on where he is now. He should evolve into a very solid kicking recruit going into his junior year.
