Everett is a hard-working kid with a big leg and lots of potential. He battled a back injury the second half of his junior season but pushed through it and then fully recovered. He won the field goal event at his first camp with us in July 2018 and returned with an impressive performance at the 2018 National Showcase in December finishing #3 Overall on KO Eliminations and #4 Overall on KO Charting. He later had a dominating kickoff performance at our July 2019 Houston event and solidified he’s an FBS level recruit who should be able to start as a true freshman on most teams. Everett can also punt well and has a nice athletic frame at 6’1 and growing. He is a nice combo recruit who can do all 3 and I feel his biggest strength is kickoffs followed by punt then field goals. He does need to bring up the consistency a bit on punts and make his punt approach steps a bit more efficient. When he gets a hold of it the ball really takes off and he can hang with the best of them! Scholarship ready combo recruit.
