2023 Update – Daniel has solidified himself as the top kicker on the Class of 2025. The ball bombs off his foot and he is very accurate. With one FBS PWO offer already as a sophomore he’s one the radar of many top schools. Make a move before it’s too late.

Daniel made the KW Hot Prospect List as an 8th grader, one of a handful to make that honor. He’s entering his 3rd consecutive National Showcase in Dec 2022 and just finished up a stellar sophomore season where he hit a 53 yard field goal in game, lead the state of Minnesota with a near 80% touchback ratio, and also picked up a PWO offer from the University of Minnesota. He looks to be one of the top kickers in the Class of 2025 nationally. Looking forward to seeing how he does this weekend (Dec 3-4) in Austin.

May 2022 Update – He looked great at our Minneapolis camp summer camp winning virtually all of the events.

Dec 2021 Update – Daniel had a solid Day 2 at our 2021 National Showcase in Austin. He finished tied for Overall Runner-up in the grueling 2 hour long Field Goal Elimination battle. He went a perfect 7/7 from 35L, 35R, 40L, 40R, 45M, 50M, and 55M. His 60 yarder came up just short. He was #1 in his Class of 2025 for Day 2 field goals as well. As Daniel gets older his growth spurt should be kicking in. Already I’m noticing puberty helping his distance as he gets stronger. With a little more oomph on kickoffs he will be right on track to start getting early looks from colleges. When he’s on he can can with most HS juniors on FGs. He does need to polish up a few technical things and continue to grow.

June 2021 Update – Daniel looks really good and is still the only Class of 2025 kicker on the KW Hot Prospect List. He’s already getting looks from colleges and if he can string together a good volume of kicks in-game this year I think he might snag an early college offer in his sophomore year. He transitioned to a 1″ FG block and 1″ KO tee and should be ready to roll by the start of his HS freshman season. Young prospect with lots of potential.

2020 National Showcase Update (12/6/20) – Daniel was the first ever 8th grader invited to our National Showcase and he proved he belonged to be there this December in Austin. Amongst nearly 90 of the country’s invited best he was able to hang in there with most of the sophomores on FG/KO and even beat out a good amount of juniors on field goals. He made kicks through 50 yards and was only eliminated at the 55 yard mark on Day 2. As he’s still only in 8th Grade his kickoff distances aren’t quite yet at a college recruitable level, but at the pace he’s going he should be a serious college kicking recruit after his freshman year of HS. Daniel is very mature for his age and is multi-faceted being involved in all sorts of musical talents and extra-curricular activities, but is most passionate about kicking and making this his thing into college and possibly beyond one day. He put on quite a bit of muscle from June to December and appears to be hitting a nice growth spurt already. I’d definitely get him on your radar even though he’s still so young.

June 2020 – Daniel is the first 8th grader to earn a spot on our Hot Prospect List and one of very few ever to earn a National Showcase invite at only 13 years old! He’s way ahead of his age both as a K/P and maturity as a young man. He’s smart, determined, very coachable, and is a hard worker. We rarely even add prospects until their HS sophomore year, so having Daniel on this list is really special.

He won the younger group (7-10 grade) field goal competition at his first KW camp appearance on June 14, 2020 in Minneapolis crushing a 50 yarder for the win. Throughout the weekend he hit beautiful field goals with excellent lift and a penetrating trajectory, connected on several punts over 4.0 seconds and even got his kickoffs near touchback territory. He has a great swing and replicates ideal foot to ball contact with high consistency.

After following his video updates over the last 2 months since camp I felt compelled to add him to the List. He’s progressed so much in a short period of time and if he continues at this rate I have no doubt he’ll be a Division 1 College K/P recruit by his sophomore year of HS! This is a kid who will get early offers.
