Jake has evolved from a D2 level punter to a bonafide D1 level punting recruit. His mid-season senior year film is pretty impressive with many punts hitting mid 4 seconds hang-times and nicely positioned punts pinning the returner inside the 10. He’s averaging around 42 yards per punt halfway through his senior year. He hit several 55 yard (in air) 4.5+ second punts at our December 2014 Showcase Event. He is tall and has a prototypical punter frame. He absolutely booms the ball. Very good at directional punts. Good kid who put the time in this off-season to make himself an even better punter. Is being actively recruited by a few local D1 schools and is quickly picking up interest. A solid 2016 Punter for you to start communicating with ASAP!
