Cooper has a strong punting leg, nice tempo on his field goals and a strong kickoff leg. In the second half of his Junior season just about all of his kickoffs were touchbacks. He’s improved a ton year by year and should make for a fine Division 1 combo kicker/punter. He kicked all field goals off the ground his senior season and hit a 50 yarder in-game on 9/19/14. His punts have blossomed as well. A recent update – he attended our December 2014 Showcase Event in San Diego and won the field goal elimination round competition outright. His competition winning 58 yard field goal was made successfully under a tremendous amount of pressure, and to top it off, did so with a few day old ankle sprain. Tough competitor!
