Reference the Camps FAQs and Lessons FAQs pages for our complete cancellation and refund policy. You agree to these terms upon camp or lesson registration form submission. These terms are clearly stated in both the FAQs section as well as the Release Form you must submit at camp and at your first lesson.

Complaints or Feedback
Should you encounter an issue with anything or anyone at Kicking World, including our website, errors or bugs, online shop or checkout process, order issues, camp experience, lesson experience, a problem with a coach or staff, or other; please contact Coach Brent immediately.

Kicking World (www.kickingworld.com) will collect your billing & shipping information only for purchases made on the website and for camp or lesson signups.
Your contact information is used for correspondences with you and Kicking World only.
Your online purchases at www.kickingworld.com are processed securely through PayPal and no credit card, debit card, checking account, or PayPal account information is seen or saved by us. Your information remains secure.
We will never sell your contact information to anyone and we will not share your information outside of Kicking World.
When subscribing to our electronic mailing list you submit your approval to receive promotional emails from us. You may ‘opt-out’ at any time from within the email or by emailing us directly.
You may request to remove any of your database info (used for us sending physical mail and electronic mail) at any time by emailing us directly.
