2016 HS All-America Team

Kickers

Patrick Sandler – The Senior kicker from Roncalli HS in Indianapolis, IN showed he can come through in the clutch. He hit a game winner early in the Indiana state playoffs and followed that up with a game winner in the semi-final game to send his team into the state championship at Lucas Oil stadium. Patrick finished up the season with 51/53 PATs and an 88% field goal percentage. He is still looking for a college home!

Zach Williams – The Senior kicker from Trinity HS in Kentucky finished up his year with 62/77 kickoffs for touchbacks (81%) and 85/86 PATs with his only miss a block. His team also won States.

JUNIORS

Mike Aresco – The Junior kicker from Middletown HS in Connecticut tied a state record by kicking and making all 4 of his attempted field goals from 52, 42, 33 and 25 yards. In the same game he was 4 for 4 on extra points and 8/8 kickoffs for touchback and 1/1 successfully recovered onside kicks; totaling 16 points by kicking in the team’s 40-0 win. He finished up his season with 52/56 PATs (2 blocked) and an 83% FG percentage.

Aaron Sears – The Junior kicker from Oakland HS in Tennessee set a record for 106 consecutive PATs and was 88/88 on PATs this season. He hit 3 field goals in the semi-finals of state playoffs. He finished up 9/11 on FGs this year with several kicks over 40 yards.

Tristan Trager – The Junior kicker from San Clemente HS in California finished up his season with 66/67 PATs and 100% (9/9) on FGs. His team also won States.

Honorable Mention Kickers

Jackson Hubbard – The Senior kicker finished up his year 9/11 on FGs (82%) and 35/35 PATs. Jackson nailed a 34 on his ACT and had multiple offers this season. He will be continuing his kicking/punting at Duke University.

Lucas Havrisik – The Senior kicker from Norco HS in California finished up his year with 86/87 touchbacks (99%), 48/50 PATs, and multiple kicked field goals from 50+. He has the biggest leg of any kicker we’ve seen this season and will be continuing his college football career on full scholarship at the University of Arizona.

Punters

Shane McDonogh – The Senior punter from Clearwater HS in FL proved he has a precision leg with 16 of 31 punts downed inside the 20. He hit two punts 67 and 73 yards in this year’s All Star Game. Shane will be continuing his kicking/punting at Marshall University.

Lucas Havrisik – The Senior punter from Norco HS in California put up some big punts this year, and showed his accuracy with 10 downed inside the 20. He finished with a 39.8 net punt average with several punts over 60 yards.

2016 College All-America Team

Jason Sanders – The Junior kicker for New Mexico had a standout season, dominating the FBS at the #1 spot in Touchback %! He finished up the year 67/80 (84%) for kickoff touchbacks. He set a New Mexico record for most consecutive PATs with 81 and counting. Jason shows he has what it takes to play at the next level. We expect him to get NFL looks and interest to ramp up during his senior season.

Conrad Ukropina – The Senior kicker for Stanford finished up his year setting the school record for most consecutive PATs (102 and counting). He will leave Stanford at the #1 spot for single season FG % with 18/20 (90%).
As always, the Kicking World All-America Team consists of standout kickers & punters whom we personally coached at private lessons and/or camps. Students are nominated by the Kicking World staff, high school coaches, and students & parents can submit their stats & video at the end of the season for consideration. Coach Brent makes a final decision based on various metrics. We wish the 2016 Class of Kicking World All-Americans much continued success in their kicking & punting endeavors!
